1. No Payment Processing
   GrowAfri.com does not collect or process payments on behalf of users for transactions conducted through the platform.
2. No Escrow or Guarantee Services
   GrowAfri.com does not provide escrow services, buyer/seller protection, or transaction guarantees. Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence and finalizing all transaction details independently.
3. User Responsibility
   Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for negotiating the terms of their transactions, including pricing, delivery, payment methods, and any other relevant conditions. GrowAfri.com does not intervene in disputes and does not guarantee the success or fulfillment of any transaction initiated on the platform.
4. Premium Services
   The only payments accepted by GrowAfri.com are for optional premium services, such as featured listings, ads-on credits, or promotional tools. These services are clearly marked and are optional enhancements to improve visibility and engagement.

3. Eligibility

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or deceptive practices.
• Listing or promoting prohibited items, including counterfeit goods, illegal substances, or weapons.
• Violating intellectual property rights or participating in cybercrimes.
